The most sold air conditioning service unit for cars and trucks.
Like all completely automatic Robinair units, it is designed to carry out the maintenance of R134a-based air conditioning systems with a minimum of manual intervention.
The unit automatically controls every phase of maintenance, including oil and refrigerant recovery, recycling and refilling without needing dir ect intervention from a technician.
It automatically controls the recovery, recycling, vacuum and
recharging processes for refrigerant, oil and UV dye. The operator only needs to identify the vehicle from the 4,000+ vehicle database, connect the hoses and the AC690PRO will do the rest.
The AC690PRO refrigerant management station comes with a Robinair 170 litre per minute vacuum pump. The value of a big vacuum pump lies in its performance – it can pull a vacuum quicker and longer, therefore reaching the refrigerant boil off point faster. This guarantees moisture has been removed.
The AC690PRO will automatically carry out a 5 minute vacuum leak test.
With the AC690PRO there is no need to invest in costly, stand-alone A/C diagnostic equipment. The RMS (refrigerant management station) has a builtin vehicle specific diagnostic programme which measures key temperature pressures. It also reports on possible faults and shows what work is required to fix the fault. Customers can be reassured that not only has their vehicle A/C system been fully serviced, but also thoroughly checked for any faults that may need attention.
Produce a record of each A/C service using the AC690PRO’s built-in printer. The output shows the vehicle identity, date and time of the service, amount of refrigerant and oil recovered and charged, vacuum time and vacuum leak test pass/fail.
Both the oil in/out and dye injection bottles are on scale platforms. The AC690PRO will automatically add the pre-determined oil quantity into the system it is servicing as well as recording the amount of oil that is recovered.
The AC690PRO is supplied flush prepared, therefore if you need to flush an A/C system then all that is required is the addition of a flushing kit and vehicle adapter kit.
